One of the Peoples has been a bit poorly so I have been showing off my good bedside manners and I even got dressed for the occasion.

Apparently I look a bit like Dr Drake Ramoray.

I have been for a big walk in the hills today with another new friend called Snoopy who is going on a road trip with me next weekend. Apparently there will be another 2 friends there called Toby and Poppy. Sounds like it could be quite an adventure. I'll let you know how it goes.

I have also learned how to stay cool in the car - take the woof off!

I wear a special seatbelt so you don't need to worry about me.

What a week. The sun was out so I have been for extra long walks and I have even been for a paddle. I was going to go the whole hog and have a swim but it was darn cold in there. I have also been to see 'work', this place that the peoples go to so I can have long naps in the house. It's just like a house but with no toys and way way more peoples in it.

I have a new friend called 'Rusty' who lives somewhere over the back wall. Him and I get together quite a lot for a chat...

He is a funny guy, we roll around laughing for ages sometimes.

For those of you who don't believe that I write this myself just check out one of the many Blogs for Dogs - bloomin' 'eck! So I'm thinking "I am male and I have access to the internet, what shall I search for now" -
Bitches of course - so many Bitches so little time.

If you are not having much luck with your love life then you could try this: http://www.doggydate.com
Although I personally have no problem with the ladies I did find this a very interesting concept. It will probably go global when someone invents the Smellinet.

Here I am enjoying a big walk in the hills. Lots of snow and mud mud mud. It was great.
My instinktyness was kicking in and I was strangely drawn to the round woolly creatures just beyond the walls. Apparently only the other Sonny’s that live on the farm are allowed in there so I left them alone - which must have been the right decision because I got a biscuit.

As you all know I am getting to know my new family and home and I was surprised to find that the people here, just like my own family, have an IronBoarder who lives in the kitchen cupboard. This is a strange choice of pet but obviously more common than I thought. Why anybody would want this gangly, skinny, flat topped hairless beastie I have no idea. I don't like the way it just stands there while it gets petted - they rub it's back, back and forward back and forward - sometimes for ages. It doesn't even move when I bite its stupid skinny legs - what's that all about?

Hi, my name is Sonny and I will be staying with my new foster family - Claire, Colin and Kyle - while my family are away. I will be posting all my news so my family can see what I am up to and how I am getting along with my new friends.

This is my first day in my new home and I'm sure I will like here - there are nice big windows just at the right height for doggies to watch the world go by. I'm liking these and think I will probably pass a few hours just looky looking.

My vocabulary is quite extensive for a dog so when I heard the word 'park' I did the K9 dance recognised around the world, you know, the one that means 'Yes, please'. So I have been there and it looks promising but it was dark and even a big brave lad like me has limits.

I think I will spend the rest of the night exploring and sniffing my new pad.
Don't worry about me mummy, or you Abbie. I will be just fine.
Back soon...
